Hancock-Greenfield Bridge
No. 7
Built in 1937, the Hancock-Greenfield or County Bridge crosses the Contoocook River between Hancock and Greenfield. The previous bridge, built in 1852 by Charles Gray, was destroyed in the Flood of 1936. The current 87-foot, single-span Pratt truss was built by Hagan-Thibodeau Construction Company for $50,000. It is maintained by the State of New Hampshire.
